Hope you will find it in a right way ! Since the period of my previous circular dated 20 May 2010, we are still striving under difficult circumstances. And now we have got a little beam of light providing oxigen do this association.
Efforts made to Sort-out the Problem
As I have already described in my previous circular about the conspiracy made by the rival unions alongwith some officers of deptt. and it literaly hurt the peace loving senior people of this association.I met Mr Subhash Chander, Director (Staff Relation & Legal Matters) severally & requested him to sort out the problem created un-necessary in the smooth way of this association. Last time I met him with Mr. M.I.Khan, our ex-President in the last week ofJuly 2010 & discussed on the matter.At the moment he responed positively, than again, I wrote a letter to Mr Subhash Chander, Director SR & Legal on 31 July 2010 ( copy of that letter is attached h/w).
Dierectorate agreed for the Recognized Status of Association
At last, vide Directorate circulation No.17 / 8 /2005-SR Dated 09 Aug 2010, Mr Subhash Chander, Director SR forwarded my representation dated 31 July 2010 to C P M G U P Circle confirming the fact that All India Association of Postal Supervisors( G L) is a well Recognized Association & Directorate letter dated 03-03-2010 A/T CPMG U P Circle Lucknow "DOES NOT EFFECT ON THE RECOGNIZED STATUS OF THE ASSOCIATION"
Direcorate also called for a report about why Trade union facilities are not extended & deduction of subscription are not being made from the salary of members of All India Association of Postal Supervisors( G L). A copy of this letter is attached h/w.Kindly show & duly send a copy of both of these letters to your SSPOs/PMG/CPMG clarifying the facts.
Aware: All the Units of Association
Now all of you please aware of it that you are a well recognized association having its All India status and ensure the following points :--
0 whether all trade union facilities are being provided to your unit or not ?
0 monthly deduction of subscription from the salary of members of association are being made regularly or not ?
0 Prepare an up-to-date list of your bonafied members & send a copy of list to me.
0 Preserve safely all letters of authorization with you duly signed by your members .
0 Bi-annial elections of your unit must be organized in due time.

But before doing all this, kindly ask a little question with you- whether you have remitted your contribution as CHQ quota / Donation to this association ? It's most important.
Centeral Working Committee Meeting
After a little discussion with Mr. K.Kanniappan,Patron of this association,it is likely to be decided that next meeting of Centeral Working Committee will be held in Delhi on 6-7-8 December 2010. Detailed programme will come to you very shortly.
