Department has issued orders for FRESH VERIFICATION of MEMBERSHIP vide No.13/01/2015-SR DATED 09 JUNE 2015 to VERIFICATION OF MEMBERSHIP FOR RECOGNITION OF SERVICE ASSOCIATION UNDER CCS (RSA) RULES, 1993-CALLING OF APPLICATIONS from service Associations.
0000 Postal Supervisors Association (General Line) is on Serial- 12 in this Circular 0000
**As per PARA 06 (b) of this letter- We will continue to enjoy RECOGNIZED STATUS due to the Orders of Hono'ble High Court**
BUT-----All of you are requested to do the act similar as other unions/associations, Like this-----
(1) Enroll maximum members of General line (TBOP/LSG/BCR/HSG) as well as Post Master cadre & MACP-II/III
(2) TAKE THE MEMBERSHIP FORMS DULY FILLED & SIGNED BY THE MEMBERS (in duplicate) ensuring that they should not be the members of any other association/union.
(3) SUBMIT THE LIST OF MEMBERS in TRIPLICATE ALONGWITH THE ONE COPY OF MEMBERSHIP FORM TO SSPOS/DDO CONCERN UP TO DUE DATE 06 JULY 2015.
(4) SEND A COPY OF MEMEBERSHIP FORMS ALONGWITH LIST TO THE UNDERSIGNED (CHQ)THROUGH YOUR CIRCLE SECRETARIES.
Your timely submission of membership forms before SSPOs/DDOs will help & protest the checkoff system to prevent about doble membership.
