Postal Directorate clarification on HSG I cadre promotion to Accountant qualified HSG II Accounts cadre officials

Postal Directorate clarified that there is no recruitment rules or approved post of HSG I A/Cs in Post offices. Besides that Postal Directorate clarified that question of promotion to HSG I A/c in PO in line of HSG I General Line does not arise

All India Association of Postal Supervisors have filed an OA at Hon'ble CAT Chennai bench for the following reliefs to LSG HSG Supervisors

1. Review DPCs to HSG II HSG I cadres at all postal circles as per DOPT & DOP guidelines, instructions,

2. One time service condition relaxation promotion to HSG II HSG I cadre to fill up large number of HSG II HSG I posts,

3. HSG I NFG promotion to all HSG I officials after 2 years of HSG I service w.e.f 27.5.2016 as agreed in Gr C cadre restructure bilateral agreement

4. Splitting 6% PS Gr B LDCE quota to 3% DPC quota to LSG and 3% LDCE quota to ensure PS Gr B promotion and Gr A induction after HSG I NFG

5. Restoring existing disciplinary powers to LSG HSG postmasters to have proper administration on  GDS, MTS, Postman staff

6. Gazetted status to HSG I & HSG I NFG  officials 

7. Enhancing financial powers to LSG HSG Postmasters which was fixed 28 years ago during the year 1993

Upcoming Membership verification process 2020 and Stand of AIAPS dated 29.5.2020

Department is trying to conduct next membership verification process 2020 within 30.06.2020 through online mode not with traditional old membership enrolment form.

But AIAPS appealed at Hon'ble High Court with conditions to participate in the membership verification processes to restore supervisors(GL) category again which was well available for the past 25 years upto 2015 membership verification in the approved categories list, and to restrict LSG & HSG officers are enrolled only in supervisors category not with group c clerical category.

So when the matter is sub judice existing AIAPS members need not to worry or participate in the upcoming membership verification process 2020.

*But New members subscription form (old) may be collected and kept in file with divisional/regional/circle secretaries* till TU facilities restored at Hon'ble High Court Delhi.

Due to Covid 19 issue court is not running so restoration of TU facilities are being delayed very badly. Pan world is facing issue and AIAPS too.

*Once lock down is lifted within a month or two maximum,Trade union facilities will be restored* and new members will also get all facilities under the banner of AIAPS. Till the please wait with patience and trust on AIAPS CHQ.

AIAPS Case update dated 03.05.2020

 To declare supervisors are distinct category and by objecting LSG (Gr C)/ HSG I& HSG I (Group B) supervisors to be enrolled along with clerical officials in Gr C unions, case has been filed at Delhi High Court by AIAPS CHQ.

    Due to Covid 19 issue court functioning has been suspended so after lock down is lifted AIAPS CHQ shall do the needful to restore TU facilities.

   Due to Covid entire world is facing hardships and our association also. Some clerical unions are started negative campaign to join clerical unions, to keep supervisors under the control of clerical union leaders. During this Covid 19 and negative campaign of lower clerical cadre union campaigns,  we have to show our solidarity strong support and unity to outcome of such troubles and to retain the separate identity prestige and glory of LSG HSG supervisors.

   Though next membership verification 2020 process  has been initiated in DOP, Don't worry dear members of AIAPS, we shall definitely overcome from this hurdle till such time pl have patience and trust on AIAPS CHQ.

National curfew - AIAPS update 25.03.2020

*Dear Postmasters, supervisors and Members*

   As per the latest instructions of directorate dated 25.03.2020 all HPOs, Delivery SOs, BOs, some NDSO(as per discretion of CPMG) made operational.

  In this juncture all willing official /roaster staffs may attend duty if necessary transportation provided/available. Others may submit their leave through email/letter.

  At functional offices, we  must claim thermal scanners at entrance of POs, gloves, masks, sanitizers, curfew passes etc., to all working staffs and hourly once disinfectant of entire POs to discharge our duties.

AIAPS CHQ also shall submit letter where these kind of safety measures are not supplied and reported to AIAPS CHQ. Even then if sufficient measures are not provided then AIAPS CHQ shall also go for intensified action after consultation with AIAPS CHQ.

Postal Directorate stayed 3% fitment pay recovery process as per the Court stay obtained by AIAPS!!!!

All India Association of Postal Supervisors has got stay order against 3% fitment pay benefit recovery order and Postal Directorate has stopped the process  of recovery.
