Notice of holiding XVIIth Bi-ennial All India Conference at SAHARANPUR ( UTTAR PRADESH) from 10-04-2011 to 12-04-2011 under the chairmanship of Mr. R.Brindavanakannan, has already been issued by me on 25 Feb 2011 to all concerns ( copy of notice is also post harewith for ready reference).
Saharanpur unit & also U.P.circle unit of association are eager to give a warm welcome to you all, the members of CWC,delgates,visitors & guests at Saharanpur. So hurry-up, it's time to pick-up your bags and come togather at Saharanpur with full of enthusiasm to show our unity-n-strength. Also, Meeting of C.W.C. will be held on 08-04-2011 & 09-04-2011 at same vanue.
I want to clear some imp. things about XVIIth A.I.C & your visit to Saharanpur :-
* Vanue of AIC : Motel Quality, Near Ghanta-ghar, Railway Road,Saharanpur,
The place is just 200 meters (0.2 Km.) far from Railway Station & State Transport Bus Station . You can easily approch the motel from Railway station as well as from Bus station on foot just in 5-6 minutes. While walking from railway station / bus station, Motel Quality is situated on the Right side near main road.
* Main function of open session will be held on 10th April 2011, Sunday from 10.00 am. C.W.C. will meet on 9th April 2011,evening. So,common Dates for A.I.C & C.W.C. will be 9th and 10th of April 2011. Space is booked for comfortable stay in Motel only for 9th and 10th of April 2011.
* Saharanpur is an encient district of U.P.,on the boarder of Haryana and Uttarakhand states, renowned for it;s WOOD art all-over the world. Saharanpur is well conneted by rail & road transport and easily approachable from most of the parts of country. Saharanpur-Ambala-Delhi, Mumbai-Delhi-Ambala,Jammu-Lucknow-Kolkata, Lucknow-Ambala-Chandigarh,Delhi-Meerut-Amritsar etc.are main railway routes pass from Saharanpur . * Financial Support
As all of you people are aware that financial position of association is not too strongh to manage all the expenditure at this end. So it is decided to collect Rs.300/=as Delegation Fee at the time of Registration in A.I.C./C.W.C.at Saharanpur.
Most of the units have not remitted their Quota money to CHQ yet .All Circle/Divisional units are requested to send quota money to CHQ Treasurer atonce please.
