Thiru A.N. Nanda, Secretary (Posts) inaugurated the 32nd All India Postal Hockey tournament at Chennai today in the presence of Thiru M. Sampath, Chief PMG, Tamilnadu Circle. Padmashri Olympian Thiru V. Baskaran was the guest of honour.
