2nd September strike

All India Association of Postal Supervisors-General Line  decided NOT to participate in the 2^ndSeptember strike called by National trade Union centres.

All Federal Unions & Associations treat Postal Supervisors-General Line as Nill , even they do'nt think the need any contact or call this Association too.We have taken this decision last minute based on the feedback and advice received from the various levels.

Now we want to see how this strice will go on success ???

As all of you know,  XVIII th All India Conference of  A.I.A.P.S. (G.L.) was successfully organized at Kanpur (U.P.) from 29-30 June & 01 July 2013. Now we have completed 2 years. And, I'm thankful to Mr.D.S.K.Prasad & A.P.Circle unit for organising 19th A.I.C. in Andhra Pradesh circle. Here is the proposed programme of 19th A.I.C. to be held in A.P. Circle-

Open Session-                 10 SEP 2015,  09 a.m. to 05 p.m.

(C.W.C.Meeting will be held on 06th &  7th of Sep.2015 at the same vanue and  only CHQ office bearers will have to attend this CWC meeting. )

VANUE AVAILABILITY

Vanue has been booked by 19th A.I.C.Reception Committee for 02 Days in Hotel, i.e. only for 09th & 10th Sep 2015. So, it will be available for Delegates and visitors w.e.f. morning of 09th Sep 2015 to morning of 11th Sep 2015.

DELEGATE FEE

Keeping in view the present rate of boarding & lodging , food etc. Delegate Fee will be Rs.800/-per delegate/Visitor.

Delegation Fee has to be deposited by each delegate or collectively by Circle/Divisions for their all members at the time of Registratiion in A.I.C. vanue.

Notice for 19th A.I.C. has so been issue on 01-8-2015 and copy of notice also has been sent to all CHQ members/ Circle secretaries/ CPMGs/PMGs. Circle Secretaries are advised to apply their CPMGs/PNGs alongwith the copy of General secretary's notice & make grant Special C.L. for all eligible delegates. Also do reserve your Railway Tickets well in time. Special C.L.alongwith actual journey time will be granted by the Department to CHQ members/Circle secretaries/ Divisional secretaries to attend this conference. 

CHQ QUOTA & DONATION

Kindly note, all the Circle Secretaries & CHQ Members who have not remitted their regular CHQ Quota and special Donation towards the expenditures of Delhi High Court/CAT case, should come in A.I.C alongwith collected money. They are requested to remit CHQ Quota and special donation to the undersigned and get reciept.

So, get ready to visit Hyderabad and attend 19th.AIC !

As per the provisions under article No. 38 of the constitution of the All India Association of Postal Supervisors-General Line ,Due Notice is hareby issued to all concerned for holding the  19th. Bi-ennial All India Conference of the Association at HYDERABAD ((Andhra Pradesh) from 08-9-2015 to 10-9-2015 under the chairmanship of Mr. K.T.Sheshadri, All India President, to transact the Agenda given bellow.

Central Working Committee will meet  just before the 19 th.All India Conference, i.e.on             06-9-2015 & 07-9-2015 at the same vanue.



                                                                  AGENDA

1-      To approve the minutes of C.W. C. Meeting held on 26-8-2014 to 28-8-2014.

2-      To adopt & approve the Bi-ennial report for the period 01-04-2013 to 31-03-2015.

3-      To adopt & approve the Audited accounts for the period 01-04-2013 to 31-03-2015.

4-      To adopt & approve the Budget estimates for the next Two years.

5-      To frame new By-laws & amend the existing provisions of constitution of AIAPS (GL).

6-      To elect the new office bearers of Central Working Committee  for 2015- 2017.

7-      To nominate an Auditor.

8-      To appoint adhoc-committee for specific purposes, wherever & whenever, necessary.

9-      To act as a final court of appeal against any suspension or expulsion of any member &
          also against any Divisional / Circle unit of the Association.

10-    To consider the further progress about the Court case pending in Delhi CAT.

11-    To review the organisational position of association & also act of Postal Directorate.
